Let’s Try Chicken Curry Within 10 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • Olive oil                   3 tablespoons
  • Chicken fillet           400 g
  • Onion(medium)        1
  • Garlic cloves           2
  • Green chilly             1
  • Salt                        1/4 teaspoon
  • Turmeric                 1/4 teaspoon
  • Ground cumin         1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander    1/4 teaspoon
  • Tomato purée         1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala       1/4 teaspoon
  • Double cream         2 tablespoons

Utensils you need:

  • Spoon
  • Fork
  • Knife
  • Wooden spoon

How to proceed?

Follow these simple steps to prepare chicken curry at our home.

  1. Chop all the veggies into tiny pieces

Always remember this thing that small pieces of vegetables cook faster. Chop the onion, garlic cloves and chilly into small pieces. You can also add some more peppers if you want a spicy curry.

  1. Chop chicken into small pieces

Get a clean chopping board and cut the chicken into small pieces. Just be sure to wash your hands before and after cutting the chicken and proceed to next step.

  1. Cook onions and chicken on medium heat

Heat the oil in a cooking pan and mix chicken and onions; cook them about 5-7 minutes, so that it can cook thoroughly.  

  1. Add chilies and garlic

Add peppers and garlic and leave it on the medium heat. Stir regularly.

  1. Add the rest of the ingredients

Add 2 tablespoons of double cream. Mix and cook everything together, remove it from the heat.

  1. Serve it hot

Your Chicken Curry is ready to serve. Serve it with Nan, bread or rice.
